Day 1: Begin Your Starter

Steps

  • 150g whole wheat or rye flour
  • 250g lukewarm water (75-80°F)
  • 3Mix in a clean jar
  • 4Cover loosely with cloth
  • 5Store at room temperature (70-75°F)
